Inspiration: Duality of the points of view and endless conflict between conservators and those who made a choice to think outside the box. There are always going to be those who will force us to fit in social scope, they will humiliate those who are different, pacify big brains and stifle those who live their life with a great passion. There are always going to be those who has got the intuitive rebellion in their blood. They will be despised. The majority will always try to break their spirit. But they still have the huge advantage: they will bring new ideas with every new generation making contrast to the system that has the same character through the centuries – the attempt to inculcate the fiction that all of us are equal.
On one side – The Holy Inquisition that was trying to cut down the illumination, science and art by eliminating the most important sphere role players during the centuries which has lead to the slow down of the development of the whole Western European civilization.
On the other side – Impressionists, revolutionaries and rebels. They made a huge effort trying to catch the stealing beauty, turn our view on those beautiful moments and images we don’t really see in our everyday life. They last seconds or even less, but they worth a fortune.
Silhouette: The clean geometric lines of coats, dresses, shirts, pants and jackets. Experiments with complex hems, deceitful asymmetry of multi-tone pieces, and soft draping details create a contrast with laser-sharp cuts.
Fabrics: The structural cotton is set against a lighter blend of the same fiber. Misty almost transparent fabric used for coats and viscose-based jersey with custom designed prints.
Color: The color palette plays an important role in terms of conveying the designer’s vision. The deeply saturated black seems to contradict the bright yellow hues, the vibrant sky blue and a special shade of fuchsia called “Fandango”.
“Here’s to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They’re not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can’t do is ignore them. Because they change things. They push the human race forward. While some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do.”Steve Jobs
