Story of a Dress: Olga Sushko

“Every dress of Podolyan has its own story”

The main character of the Story of a Dress by PODOLYAN has become Olga Sushko, the Lifestyle Editor of Vogue Ukraine.

The story of Olga and Vladymyr meeting has started long time ago, but really, they got to know each other last summer in Madrid. Consonant with Louis Vuitton philosophy Olga believe that travelling is connecting people. “Vladymyr came to Madrid to enjoy the architecture and gardens and to find an inspiration, and me – to prepare a material about the city and royal Ritz Madrid hotel. That evening we were eating, drinking, talking a lot without pauses about travelling, world, food, fashion, dresses, love, hate. It was easy to talk as we could find many common topics” – Olga remember. The next day Olga moved to Africa, to the Zambia capital, Lusaka. “Make a decision on trip and buy tickets to the most unsuitable country – is question of two hours. My goal is to find the most exciting things, to see and describe it. To be the mirror, if you want.”

Olag agreed with Vladymyr on their future meeting after returning from Africa in advance.

Thant’s what happened – they again were dinning, talking a lot and sharing a new impressions. “My emotions and impressions belong to my materials and photos, – says Olga – But Vladymyr’s emotions belong to the dresses, and each dress has its own individual story.”
